A Dangerous Summer (1981)
Director: Quentin Masters
Movie review
From Time Out Film Guide
A ludicrous conspiracy thriller set in the Blue Mountains during the bush fire season, with the plot huffing and puffing round attempts to sabotage a multi-million dollar resort project. Made the same year as Phillip Noyce's skilful but slightly tub-thumping Heatwave, which looks like a masterpiece of subtlety and discretion by comparison.Author: TM
