Def Jam's How to Be a Player (1997)
Director: Lionel C Martin
Movie review
From Time Out Film Guide
A ponderous, compromised essay in misogyny. Dray Jackson (insipid MTV comic Bellamy) has a loyal if jealous girlfriend Lisa (Voorhies) but remains an incorrigible Don Juan. Sister Jenny (Desselle) and sexy Katrina (Morrow) decide to teach him a lesson. Dray's visits to his well-heeled women, for all the attempted glamour, seem essentially the rounds of a high-class male prostitute.Author: CO'Su
