When computer exec Metzler embezzles half a million dollars or so and heads off for Reno, he thinks he's got it made, but that's before he picks up showgirl Rubin and boyfriend Secor. Obviously, he hasn't watched many films noirs, because we're talking Big Mistake here in an unsung little picture that's got pace and a handful of diverting twists, but not quite the requisite star power.Author: TJ
