Baby Blue Marine (1976)
Director: John Hancock
Movie review
From Time Out Film Guide
Stodgily directed effort that rates high on curiosity value. Ostensibly dealing with WWII traumas, the film in fact attempts a weirdly fascinating washing away of post-Vietnam guilt. Vincent, then cornering the market in all-American clean-cut heroes, is the dubious choice for the part of the reject marine who finds himself playing war hero to an eager small-town audience.Author: VG
