The brash '60s-style credits are promising, but what follows doesn't live up to the expectations raised by Moffatt's shorts. This trilogy of vaguely supernatural tales may look striking - it was shot, very noticeably, in the studio, for control of colour and camera movement - but the 'elliptical' stories remain bafflingly obscure.
