The Big Bus (1976)
Director: James Frawley
Movie review
From Time Out Film Guide
Frawley's experience directing the Monkees serves him well in timing the one-liners which make up this engaging parody of the airport disaster movie. The maiden voyage of the first nucelar-powered bus - dogged by cannibalistic bus driver, saboteur from the oil companies, and ecstatically stereotyped passengers rediscovering God, sex and wills to live in moments of crisis - is very funny even if the film never gets anywhere.Author: TM
