Not as sharp a satire on Hollywood as Kaufman and Hart's Once in a Lifetime, but a lively jibe all the same, with Cagney and O'Brien striking sparks off each other as the slap-happy screenwriters who decide to take their revenge on producer Bellamy and an arrogant cowboy star (Foran) by cooking up an ingenious, if unlikely, script for their next movie.
