The Cocaine Fiends (1936)
Director: William A O'Connor
Movie review
From Time Out Film Guide
A blatant piece of muck-raking made in obscure conditions in the '30s which delivers its nominal anti-drugs theme with comical relish. A rake's progress of drug-induced degeneracy starts promisingly, but then gets rather bogged down in the banalities of the film's outlook, with the cocaine itself increasingly a side issue.Author:
