Cheap, cheerful and none too faithful adaptation of Wilkie Collins' The Woman in White, with the barnstorming Slaughter purveying prime ham as the murderous opportunist wreaking havoc at the mansion of an impoverished aristocratic family. Juicy stuff, entertaining enough if not taken at all seriously.
