The Grass Is Greener (1960)
Director: Stanley Donen
Movie review
From Time Out Film Guide
Everyone in this movie - adapted from a flummery stage comedy by Hugh and Margaret Williams - stands around like mannequins in Bond Street stores. Dior and Hardy Amies are the real stars. On the plot front, Mitchum is an oil millionaire on holiday in England when he falls for Miss Kerr, a Countess who invites him for tea in her stately home. There follow some indiscretions in London and a duel with Mr Grant, as the cuckolded aristo.Author: ATu
