Rich business type Price is the titled old square who wants to keeps daughter Anna Palk out of the clutches of dodgy popster Kaufmann, but is powerless to prevent romance spawning when she meets up with hunky singing sensation Billy Universe (Fury) and embarks on a tour of London nightlife.
