Typically whimsical Capra comedy (with lots of sentiment) in which Crosby adopts a couple of war orphans who will be exiled from the land of democracy unless he can win his fiancée Wyman back from an infatuation with a handsome millionaire (Tone). Tedious romantic shufflings slightly enlivened by some songs and a brief guest spot for Louis Armstrong (playing and singing 'Misto Christofo Columbo').Author: TM
