House (1995)
Director: Laurie Lynd
Movie review
From Time Out Film Guide
Basically a one-man show, with MacIvor venting his spleen before an audience of small town curiosity-seekers. His Carver-esque, neurotic/psychotic autobiographical anecdotes touch on the lives of one or more of those in attendance. Sort of alternative group therapy. MacIvor is not happy: his mother's possessed by the devil, his father's the saddest man alive, his sister's in love with a dog, the one he loves does not love him, and he has no place to live.Author: TCh
