Brisk romantic comedy, co-scripted by Nunnally Johnson, with the debonair Colman as a White Russian aristocrat: at first, he earns his daily bread as a cabbie, but then strikes lucky on the Riviera gaming tables. Bennett's the vamp assigned to lure him back to the casino and make sure he loses what he's just won.
