My Life's in Turnaround (1993)
Director: Eric Schaeffer, Donal Lardner Ward
Movie review
From Time Out Film Guide
Schaeffer and Ward (writers, directors and stars of this first feature) play two struggling young film-makers scraping together the wherewithal to make a movie. Very droll, or it would be if the script had a bit more horsepower and the players a bit more screen presence. The best moment comes from John Sayles as a dodgy financier railing against so-called 'independent' movie-makers, but it's a very mild diversion.Author: TJ
