Sex, boredom and suicide in crumbling World War I Vienna. An Arts Council documentary by former rock photographer Gold on Egon Schiele (with readings from his prison diary): a paranoiac narcissist, jailbird, and friend of Klimt, his tortured, spindly self-portraits once heavily influenced David Bowie.
