Star Trek III: The Search for Spock (1984)
Director: Leonard Nimoy
Movie review
From Time Out Film Guide
An all-time low for the Enterprise and her crew, with Spock dead, the ship condemned, and everyone else looking about 104. But hold! Why is Bones behaving so oddly? Could it be that he contains part of Spock's essence? A sluggish start gives way to quite a fun romp, as the crew's valiant efforts to find Spock are impeded by a bunch of malign Klingons (all with a distinct resemblance to Lemmy of Motorhead), and reaching one surprising anti-climax when the lilywhite Kirk actually starts spluttering and swearing! Decent SFX, but a little more action wouldn't have gone amiss.Author: GD
