Street Girls (1974)
Director: Michael Miller
Movie review
From Time Out Film Guide
Street life in cheerless Eugene, Oregon, focusing on a topless bar where the owner boosts his income by having his dancers turn tricks on the side, and where coke-head Angel is coerced into degradation by her dealer boyfriend Mario. Meanwhile, Angel's brutish father is out to track her down. A youthful collaboration by soon-to-be big names Miller and Levinson, accommodating some thoughtful asides on race and gender in between the statutory strippings and whippings, thumpings and humpings.Author: DO
