Superargo (1968)
Director: Paul Maxwell Paolo Bianchini
Movie review
From Time Out Film Guide
A diabolically soporific effort, too dull to be funny, and so lacking in imagination as to be utterly unable to wring any mileage from its promisingly ridiculous plot about a Batman-like ex-wrestler (Cianfriglia) called in by the Secret Service to track down the man behind the disappearance of hordes of athletes. Madison makes a singularly colourless villain, and it becomes hard to tell the automata our hero confronts apart from the equally robot-like characters who make up the rest of the cast.Author: VG
