In the French Style (1962)
Director: Robert Parrish
Movie review
From Time Out Film Guide
An ambitious but ultimately flawed attempt to capture the feelings of an American art student in Paris (Seberg) and her passionate but brief love affairs (with Stanley Baker, among others). For Parisophiles, there's some really nice location photography (by Michel Kelber), but Irwin Shaw's scripts from two of his own short stories doesn't succeed in avoiding the obvious sentimental pitfalls.Author: DP
