Re-inventing Eddie (2001)
Director: Jim Doyle
Movie review
From Time Out Film Guide
An ordinary family's innocent bathtime games bring them under surveillance by child-protection authorities to the growing anguish and frustration of the household in question. This low budget British film approaches one particular parental nightmare with genuine sympathy, but it's dramatically under-powered, and seriously hampered by direct-to-camera monologues. That said, John Lynch puts his back into it as the volatile, loving father.Author: TJ
