From Time Out Film Guide

A mediocre yarn, set against the backdrop of the handover of Hong Kong to China. Marcus Ray (Van Damme), an archetype of the successful Westerner in the Far East, is a sales rep for a jeans company who discovers the Russians are orchestrating a plot to introduce button-sized silver 'microbombs' to the terrorist market. Ray, his boss Karen Leigh (Rochon), and his partner Tommy (Schneider), who doubles as a CIA man, are soon embroiled in trying to put a stop to this mischief - a job which involves the destruction of large chunks of HK real estate. For hardcore Van Damme and Sparks fans only.
