Three Into Two Won't Go (1968)
Director: Peter Hall
Movie review
From Time Out Film Guide
Irredeemably awful permissive melodrama from the Swinging Sixties, scripted by Edna O'Brien from Andrea Newman's novel about a middle-aged businessman's adulterous flirtations with a young hitchhiker, leading to the breakdown of his marriage. Overheated codswallop, given a ludicrous veneer of respectability by the distinguished cast, it already looked dated when it was made. And it has a score by Francis Lai.Author: GA
