Top of the World (1955)
Director: Lewis R Foster
Movie review
From Time Out Film Guide
The off-the-mark geography of the title is symptomatic of a military love story too tepid to melt the Alaskan snow: a routine set of meaningful glances between grounded USAF Major Robertson, his ex-wife (Keyes) and her latest ranking inamorato (Lovejoy). The unambitious Foster had just turned freelance after an eleven-film stint with Paramount's B units, only to follow his Reagan/Fleming/ Payne vehicles with more of the same.Author: PT
