From Time Out Film Guide

Cast for the first time without the bolster of their regular support star Alice Faye, the Ritz Brothers provide their usual second-rank comic fizz as the proprietors of Klassy Kampus Klothes, a firm of college-based tailors eager to help the local football team climb the inter-varsity league tables. It's a typically insubstantial caper with complicated plotting to the fore and the dullest juvenile leads imaginable.
