From Time Out New York

Originally released as a short film, D.E.B.S. begins as a pop-driven Charlie's Angels spoof and morphs into a high-camp teen romance. Unfortunately, its plot—about four nubile crime fighters and one lesbian coming of age—is thinner than star Jordana Brewster's taut waist. To its credit, the film doesn't take itself too seriously and the dialogue is occasionally fresh. However, D.E.B.S. never veers far from its irritating revelry in the main gag (did we mention that there are sexy teens who wear pleated skirts and fight crime?).
