Boredom in Brno (2003)
Director: Vladimir Morávek
Movie review
From Time Out London
This busy, rather cutesy ensemble comedy revolves around the lengthy preparations by snaggle-toothed Olinka (egged on her girlfriends) and twitchy Standa (tutored in condom application by his doleful brother) to consummate their relationship – a goal most notably thwarted by Olinka’s overbearing mother. Moravek’s affection for his many characters is clear, but none have enough time to make much of an impact.Author: JWin
