From Time Out London

Leftfield look at the folk caught in the fallout from the collapse of the Soviet Union, who find themselves in the once-fabled architectural pet project of a certain Joseph S, a vast Moscow block. Now riddled with rats, cockroaches and housing a broad cross-section of the Russian populace, it provides an ironic way into exploration of the generally parlous state of this particular nation.
