Sergeant Pepper (2004)

Movie review
From Time Out London
When a talking dog named after the Beatles album inherits his master’s fortune, it takes the help of two plucky kids to foil a nefarious plot by his estranged siblings to regain the loot. Imbued with a similar wit and warmth to Rodriguez’s ‘Spy Kids’ series, this won’t be to everyone’s taste, but plenty of deft comic set-pieces and a genuine commitment to addressing issues of familial incongruity push this into a higher category of family film.Author: DJ
