From Time Out New York
Wealthy Italian family man Michele (Albanese) finds himself suddenly jobless, but is unwilling to give up the comodo lifestyle that he and his wife, Elsa (Buy), have become accustomed to. Days and Clouds explores the strain between the couple resulting from their abrupt social demotion to petite bourgeoisie. Michele, in his inviolable pride and short temper, is almost a caricature of the vain Italian man, but the film otherwise deals with emotion in a truthful way.Author: Drew Toal
