Movie review

From Time Out Online

Documentary filmmaker Braden King presents his take on the age-old ‘American satellite mapping engineer meets expat Armenian photographer’ tale with the visually arresting ‘Here’. US character actor Ben Foster plays Will, the engineer in question, as he carries out a commission in the former Soviet republic. It’s not long before he meets the adventurous Gadarine (Lubna Azabal), and the two impulsively decide to take to the road together. British cinematographer Lol Crawley and the picturesque vistas of the Armenian wilds undoubtedly steal the show, but Foster and Azabal’s onscreen chemistry should be enough to keep you suitably engaged between wide shots.
