From Time Out London

All kinds of women – from cancer sufferers to incarcerated teens – talk about the inner strength and happiness that yoga has brought to them in this documentary by sisters Kate and Saraswati Clere. The film includes interviews with a glittering cast of female yoga teachers and celebrates both yoga’s positive effects on womankind and the positive effects of women on yoga, which has turned a male-specific ancient practice into a multi-million dollar industry in the West, showing how pioneering women have empowered millions with yoga.
