Nu Teras review Rate it
On the rooftop of the Nu Pera building, Nu Teras is the epitome of hip Istanbul - with the backdrop of a stunning view of the Golden Horn. The area behind the bar is given over to long tables for diners, who tuck into the same nouvelle Turkish cuisine as at Lokanta, the winter venue on the ground floor.
Dancing is tolerated, but swaying is considered cooler. This was the first Beyoĸlu venue to lure posh Turks from their usual haunts in Etiler. Unlike other new venues that were crowded out then swiftly abandoned, Nu Teras is a survivor that can be considered a classic.
