The most established live venue on the Asian side, Shaft has a varied programme of rock, blues and jazz concerts, featuring original artists, cover bands and an open stage on Monday nights.
There's not very much to lure anyone over from Beyoĸlu, but this is one of the few late-night options on this side of the water. Be warned: the last dolmuş back to Taksim leaves the bus station at about 2am.
