In the Sakıp Sabancı Museum, Müzedechanga is much more than a museum café. A spin-off from the acclaimed Changa restaurant in Taksim, it's housed in a space remodelled with a modern mixture of glass, wood and steel, with custom-made furniture by renowned local designers, Autoban.
The terrace has amazing views across the manicured museum gardens to the Bosphorus. The Turkish-Med menu, supervised by consutant chef Peter Gordon of Sugar Club fame, is faultless and well-priced for this quality. Highly recommended.
