Sisko 'Fat Man' Osman is acknowledged around the Grand Bazaar as the leading authority on carpets and kilims. His well-stocked shop fills most of the historic Zincirli Han, and his international clientele has included many well-known people over the years. So while you can be sure of quality, don't expect a bargain.
