Public is a new Beyoĸlu venture among the hotels and design bars of Meşrutiyet. By day, it serves an impressive range of snacks and light lunches. The evening menu is more substantial, with Mediterranean dishes and a few Turkish standards.

The music gets going at night too; some of Istanbul's more cutting-edge DJs and a few international names have put in an appearance. After dark, Public is all about the partying.
