Hotel Uyan review
This attractive corner hotel in a 75-year-old building was renovated in 2002. There are 16 spacious standard rooms and ten suites spead over four floors. The standard rooms are simply furnished, with small bathrooms. Deluxe suites boast a jacuzzi and sound system in the bathroom. With so many similar places competing for business nearby, Uyan's main selling point is that it has the highest roof terrace in the neighbourhood, with views over the Sultanahmet Mosque. If you're not an early riser, avoid room 309, which lies directly underneath the breakfast room. The hotel offers free airport pick-ups.
