The decor at Buz, a decadent chain of nightspots frequented by Istanbul's bohemians, is nothing if not eccentric: there is almost as much furniture and glassware stuck to the ceiling as on the floor and tables. The cocktails are punchy, but pricey. PR professionals come here to do lunch, grazing on a decent selection of international dishes.
