Havar review

Among the cluster of baĸlama bars that run parallel to Istiklal Caddesi, Havar is one of the best. It's a large room, but there's precious little space for dancing: most nights, it's packed with a young crowd that often includes groups of girls out on the town. From early evening onwards, there's a heady atmosphere fuelled by loud, energetic music.
