Arnavutköy's coolest new venue is housed in aconverted Ottoman yalı, which stands out from the throng of nearby fish restaurants with its burgundy façade. If you can't grab one of the cushioned benches at the outdoor bar, head for the second-floor counter around the open kitchen, or the fourth-floor terrace with superb Bosphorus views. An equally good spot for coffee, drinks, or a seafood supper.
