As the name suggests, this restaurant on the roof of the historic Mısır apartment block on Istiklal has magnificent 360-degree views of the city. The spacious dining area is a high-tech fusion of steel and glass with brick walls. Popular with posh Turks and foreigners, the place is geared towards English speakers, from the toilet signs to the billboard above the bar. International dishes such as squid ink papardelle with salmon and artichokes in cream sauce don't taste quite as good as they sound. Instead, go for simpler starters like grilled sardines wrapped in vine leaves, sushi or steak. Reservations are essential on Fridays and Saturdays, with two sittings per night. If you stick around, 360 turns into a fairly boisterous club after midnight.
