This travelling exhibition of objects and art from the famed Aga Khan Museum collections is divided into six sections, namely 'Sacred Typographies', 'Religious and Funerary Architecture', 'The Fortress and the City', 'The Palace', 'Gardens, Pavilions and Tents' as well as 'Architecture and the Written Word'. The exhibition is highlights include architectural elements like muqarnas and ornamented wood pieces from fifteenth century Spain as well as tiled arches from fifteenth century Egypt.
