27th German/European Film Weekend: Bruc La Legenda

Set in 1808, the film starts just after the Battle of the Bruc in the mountains of Montserrat near Barcelona. The Napoleonic Army suffers its first defeat at the hands of a single man: a military drummer who used the Montserrat mountains to echo his drums and send the enemy troops into a panicked retreat.
