German Monday Movies: Close to You

Living in his own bubble, Phillip follows a strict life pattern that keeps his encounters with strangers to a minimum. During the day, he works in a bank, and he spends the night at a bar of a cabaret stage. When the kind cellist Lina stumbles into his life, Phillip starts to enjoy her company. But at home, he encounters a second surprise – his flat has been robbed of all his belongings. The lonely man starts improvising and taking chances all over again.
