Mandarin Grill is beefing it up this month with a special menu featuring premium grade melt-in-the-mouth Australian Wagyu. The Wagyu carpaccio is served with basil pesto and aged Parmesan while the braised oxtail ravioli is served alongside pan-seared foie gras and parsnip puree. Continue with the Wagyu beef bouillon with smoked duck, Josper-grilled Wagyu beef flank with fried beef cheek pralines, and finally, as dessert, key lime pie with peach sorbet. Menu items are also available for ala-carte order.
