Beijing roast duck at Si Chuan Dou Hua

Time Out says

Si Chuan Dou Hua will be using roast duck in a variety of specials this month. Try the fowl in dishes like stir-fried duck with black pepper sauce, wok-fried duck with Szechuan chilli, sliced duck with mango and longevity duck noodles served with wanton noodles and sautéed duck slices. Duck bones will be made into salted vegetable and bean curd soup while the skin is wrapped in a pancake with cucumber, spring onions and sweet sauce.
