Sample Japanese confectionery, premium green teas and sakes as you stroll through the fair that features cooking demonstrations conducted by Kuriya Japanese Restaurant. Highlights include the filleting preparation of a Pacific Bluefin tuna air-flown from Japan and a step-by-step soba making demonstration. There are also origami and sushi making classes for kids aged five to 11 (May 17, 10am-12noon).
