The dinner starts with seafood ceviche with red and green pepper aioli followed by champignon and shitake mushroom broth with chicken dumpling and sherbet with lemon grass tea. You will then have to choose from the two main course options, that are braised chicken in herbs and brown jus or pan seared salmon fillet with creamed spinach. End the meal with a dessert made of chocolate puree in a champagne flute glass with raspberry relish.
