This year, Celestial Court is bringing about the Yee Sang in four varieties those being the Yee Sang with Tuna Fish served with Thai Mango Sauce, Yee Sang with Abalone served in Orange Mayo Sauce, Yee Sang with Norwegian Salmon, China Pear and Black Caviar served with traditional Plum Sauce or the Yee Sang with Young Jelly Fish served with Apple Plum Sauce.
For mains, diners can opt for the Braised Sliced Abalone with Fish Maw and Chinese Mushrooms and the Stir-fried Chicken Fillet and Ginko Nut with Almond Flakes among other luxurious dishes. The restaurant also offers prosperity set menus for up to 10 people offering the Poached Black Cod with Chinese Herbs and Enoki Mushroom in Fish Stock, Roasted Crispy Chicken in Sichuan Style and more. These menus are inclusive of a complimentary bottle of wine.
